Structure design and performance simulation of machine column made of basalt fiber polymer concrete
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore to improve machine static and dynamic characteristics to meet the mechanical manufacturing toward a new way of demand of the direction of development of high precision,high automation,high efficiency,in a CNC machine tool column as the research prototype design basalt fiber polymer concrete (BFPC) machine tool column.This study used the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the prototype column and BFPC column,obtained the stress and strain distribution maps,first six order modal shape figure,natural frequency and harmonic response curve,and compared and analyzed the study results.The results show that the static and dynamic characteristics of the machine tool can be improved by using BFPC to improve the quality of machine tool.关键词
