Quality control chart for poisson INAR(1) process
摘要
Abstract
To solve the problem that in actual production,the process data is not always satisfied with the assumption of independence,which makes some control charts no longer suitable for the process of correlation,so as to avoid a large number of false alarm.This paper studied the poisson INAR(1) process with rounding method.Firstly,the AR(1) process was combined with the poisson counting process,and the original model was corrected.Based on the new model,the control limits of c-chart and residual chart were constructed,in order to adapt the new model.The results of the study indicate the application of the two control charts.The research results have important promoting effect on the study of statistical process.关键词
