摘要

Abstract

The health assessment index system and grading standards for surface water environment were put forw ard for rat ion-al exploit ation and protection of water resources in Dagu River basin. A model coupling entropy weight and multivariate connec-tion number was established based on the set pair analysis theory with consideration to the uncertainty of the boundary of grade standards for each index. The method was applied to Dagu River basin to obtain the connection numbers of the health assess-ment index of surface water environment. The results showed that the surface water environmentof Regions ? ( Laixi) , ò ( Pingdu) , ó ( Jiaozhou and H uangdao) , ? ( Jimo and Chengyang) , and ? ( Laiyang, Zhaoyuan, and Laizhou) in 2015 were all healthy, but Region ? ( Gaomi) and the w hole basin were sub-healthy. The surface water environmentof Dagu River basin has been greatly improved by the im plementation of the comprehensive management program in Qingdao. The water environment treatmentof the whole basin should be carried out in order to further improve the health of the surface water environment in Dagu River basin.
