Dynamic Mechanism of Ningxia's Restricting Regional Development of Developing Ecological Zones Based on Subjectivity Function Subdivision

Abstract
Taking Ningxia's restricting developing ecological zones as an example,the article subdivides restricted development zones with landscape pattern method by taking villages and towns as fundamental analytical unit.The zones are divided into 4 types:exploitation-prohibited,strong restricted,medium restricted,and poor restricted developing zones according to restriction level.It also discusses the dynamic mechanism of regional development in different types.The result shows that,the homogeneity of division result by taking county (city) as the elementary unit performs poor,which is difficult to reflect internal diversity;the homogeneity of division result by taking villages and towns as elementary unit is good that the operation is feasible,and the result is credible.The variation between different types of physicgeographical environment and social and economic development levels cause different developing motive force,the motive force of development in exploitation-prohibited developing zone origins from ecological tourism and ecological forage livestock industry;strong restricted developing zone has the motive force of ecological development construction and immigration;medium restricted developing zone,specialty industry and export of labor service;in weak restricted developing zone,the motive force of development is the development of new-type urbanization and science and technology.关键词
