摘要

Abstract

The micro-suspension dyeing technique was employed in rabbit fur dyeing,and the effect of micro-suspension dyeing auxiliary on rabbit fur dyeing was discussed in this paper.The optimum conditions of this auxiliary which suit to rabbit fur dyeing were optimized and dyeing properties such as dyeing rate,levelling property,fiber strength and dry-wet rub fastness were tested.The test results show that:the optimal conditions of rabbit fur micro-suspending dyeing is:dyeing temperature 80 ℃,dyeing time 40 min,the dosage of dyeing auxiliary 3 g/L,the dosage of dyestuff 1.Sg/L.Compared with traditional dyeing process,the rabbit fur dyed by micro-suspending dyeing process have a faster dyeing rate,a better levelling property and a higher fiber strength,but the d~/wet rub fastness is inferior to the conventional dyeing.
