Abstract

Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional warship formation air defense threat assessment method only considering the target of the specific time, and in consideration of the important role of the decision makers' preference information in the target threat, a kind of warship formation air defense threat method based on dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy group decision assessment is proposed.Firstly, a dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute group decision matrix is established.Secondly, the weights of the decision maker, the weight of the time series and the weight of each index are obtained by using trust function, intuitionistic fuzzy entropy and normal distribution method respectively,which makes weight more objectively;Then, by introducing the intuitionistic fuzzy cross entropy theory, an improved VIKOR method is proposed.This method takes full account of the influence of each factor of IFMADM matrix on the evaluation results, which makes the incoming target on the warship formation threat level more reasonable.Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed method is effective.
