轻量化桥式起重机与工业厂房造价影响关系研究

Abstract
Analysis on external benefits of lightweight cranes is very crucial for further development and wide application of the light weight technologies. Based on summarizing characteristics of lightweight cranes in design methods and evaluation parameters, an evaluation method of crane light weighting is proposed in the paper, and influences of factors like dimensions, load and power of lightweight bridge crane on the headroom, hoisting area, component structure and power consumption of plants is analyzed. The paper introduces three methods to optimize the crane`s wheel pressure that can be used in factory design, which can save construction and operation costs of components of factories such as enclosures, columns and foundation and bring millions of economic benefits.关键词
