Abstract
Nowadays, enterprises must satisfy customers to survive and get the chance for sustainable development in the increasingly fierce competition in the market. Satisfied customers can guarantee better future and more profits for enterprises. Otherwise, rising dissatisfaction will suffocate enterprises and even lead to bankruptcy. This paper focuses on discussing the importance of customer satisfaction to enterprise development, and presents several ways of improving customer satisfaction in the machinery industry and benefits for enterprises from customer satisfaction.关键词
