Abstract
In this paper, the loading status of traveling mechanisms of the cranes is optimized through the pre-displacement of stiff legs on the basis of deformation characteristics of metal structures of gantry cranes under load, which can reduce the wear and tear of wheels and rails of traveling mechanism and prolong the service life of components. The paper also presents calculation methods and manufacturing processes of pre-displacement of stiff legs for reference.关键词
