摘要

Abstract

Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) has put into use in automated container terminals, structural optimization can significantly reduce the manufacturing cost of AGV, especially for complex structural parts with unknown load path in AGV, it is necessary to use topology optimization technologies for improvement. In this paper, variable density based topology optimization method is used for topology optimization of AGV hydraulic cylinder support. After optimization, the equivalent stress and total volume of structure respectively drop by 5.3% and 41.7%, and integral rigidity becomes optimum.
