摘要
Abstract
Brake is a crucial part of the lifting mechanism of cranes, and its normal operation is essential to safe and reliable operations of cranes. Functions, weaknesses and improvement scheme of on-line monitoring of brakes are analyzed in this paper. The paper further introduces the simulation of the new on-line brake monitoring and presents the braking torque curve of on-line monitoring. Moreover, many crane designers, manufacturers and users join the discussion for long-term stable operation of brakes and security of cranes.关键词
