益气活血方对子宫内膜异位症大鼠在位及异位内膜NF-κB及“3A”能力的影响
Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction for Nuclear Factor-κB and "3A" Capability in Eutopic and Ectopic Endometrium of Rats with Endometriosis

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on nuclear factor-κB and "3A" capability in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium in rats with endometriosis.Methods:The model of EMs was established in rats and then they were randomly divided into sham group,model group,low dose group of TCM,middle dose group of TCM,high dose group of TCM,gestrinone group.The changes of expressions of NF-κB,ICAM-1,MMP-9 and VEGF in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium were detected by using real-time PCR,Western blotting technique in all groups after giving medicinals for four weeks.Results:Compared with the shamgroup,expression of NF-κB,ICAM-1,MMP-9,VEGF gene and protein in the model group were increased,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the model group,expression of NF-κB,ICAM-1,MMP-9,VEGF gene and protein in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium in the middle dose group and the western medicine group were decreased,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the model group,expression of NF-κB,ICAM-1,MMP-9,VEGF gene and protein in the eutopic and the ectopic endometrium in the high dose group were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:There is a close relation between the occurrence of EMs and NF-κB pathway,endometrial "adhesion,invasion,angiogenesis" capability.Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can regulate NF-κB pathway and inhibit endometrial "3A" capability to prevent the occurrence and development of endometriosis.关键词
