摘要
Abstract
Objective:Discussing the clinical observation of using Tiangou Xiaoxuan Capsule in the treatment of liver Yang hyperactivity type hypertension.Methods:Sixty 3-week-old male hypertensive rats were randomly divided into controlled group,model group,apocynum group,high-dose group,middle-dose group,low-dose group.Each day of TGXXC was orally administered at the indicated dose,and the blood pressure of all rats was measured using the tail-cuff method.Results:After two-week,the blood pressure of the model group was significantly increased.Treated with apocynum group,the middle-dose group,the lowdose group were significantly reduced when compared with untreated control SHRs.After three-week,all of the treatment group were significantly reduced.Conclusion:There comes to identify that experiments in mice has a clear antihypertensive effects.关键词
