“三风一针”法结合热敏灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of "Three-Feng One Needle" penetration needling method combined with heatsensitive moxibustion therapy for treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:60 cases observation standard of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group.The treatment group used the "Three-Feng One Needle" penetration needling method combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy treatment,the controlled group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride,took orally.Compared the two groups before and after treatment in patients with vertebral artery,basilar artery blood flow velocity and pulse index on average,and the symptoms and functional score before and after the treatment,and clinical efficacy after treatment.Results:After treatment,the treatment group of VA,BA Vm value was significantly increased,the value of PI was significantly reduced,statistically significant difference (P＜ 0.05),and the above indicators were significantly superior to the controlled group,the improvement of the amplitude difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);After treatment,the symptoms and functional score of the treatment group was higher than the controlled group,the differences between the two groups had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0％,the controlled group was 63.3％,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The method of "Three-Feng One Needle" penetration needling method combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy treatment for vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis has significant clinical efficacy,worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
