《临证指南医案》之喘病证素与辨证研究
Study of Syndrome Element and Syndrome Differentiation about Dyspnea Disease from A Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Record

Abstract
A research has been carried out about dyspnea disease from a guide to clinical practice with medical record in this article.Firstly,to choose syndrome elements preliminarily,17 syndrome elements on disease location has been chosen,22 syndrome elements on nature of disease has been chosen.And then to extract syndrome elements of specification and common,12 syndrome elements of specification and common on disease location is extracted,they are lung,kidney,stomach,spleen,lower Jiao,upper Jiao,Liver,heart,large intestine,small intestine,bladder and skin.16 syndrome elements of specification and common on nature of disease are extracted,they are adverse rising of Qi,Qi deficiency,Yin asthenia,Yin,phlegm,fire,cold,Yang asthenia,outward dispersion of Yang,wind symptom,excessive fluid,dampness,Qi blockade,Qi stagnation,loss of Qi controlling action,collapse of Yang.Furthermore,27 basic syndrome type are combined by syndrome elements.And composite syndrome type which reflectes the mechanism of medical record are combined by basic syndrome type and syndrome elements.At last,the significance for the research of medical record and the guide of clinical syndrome differentiation applicating the analysis method of syndrome elements to analyze the medical record is revealed.关键词
