Effects of Modified Xuezheng Decoction on Proliferation, Apoptosis and Cell Cycle for Human Gastric Carcinoma Cell Line SGC-7901
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the suppressive effect of Modified Xuezheng Decoction on the growth and apoptosisthe and cell cycle of human gastric carcinoma cell line SGC-7901.Methods:The survival rate and the inhibitory rate of SGC-7901 cell in vitro were detected by MTT colorimetrie assay and cell growth curve assay at different time points under different concentration of modified Xuezheng Decoction.The apoptotic rate and cell cycle were investigated by flow cytometryanalysis.Results:The Modified Xuezheng Decoction could obviously inhibit the SGC-7901 cell proliferation in a dose and time-dependent manner.It raised the apoptoticrate in a concentration depending manner in a certain time,while the cells of G0/G1 phase increased,the cells of S phase decreased relatively.Conclusion:Modified Xuezheng Decoction can suppress the proliferation of SGC-7901,induce apoptosis and block cell cycle at G0/G1 phase.关键词
