Abstract
Objective:To improve the curative effect and prognosis index of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation under the observation and evaluation of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.Methods:From May 2015 to April 2016,132 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were admitted to our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into controlled group with 66 cases,to be integrated with western medicine routine treatment,the observation group with 66 cases,the treatment group was given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the controlled group;28 days for a course of treatment,clinical cases were observed after a course of treatment,treatment efficiency analysis of pulmonary function,arterial blood gas and serum nutrition and immune index changes before and after treatment.Results:The observation group after treatment with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction after COPD in patients with acute exacerbation of the total efficiency with 93.9％ was significantly higher than that of the controlled group with 81.8％,with statistical difference (2 =4.124,P ＜ 0.05);changes in the difference of the blood indexes of two groups before and after treatment,the PaCO2 and PaO2 changes of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group and there was a statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05);changes were observed before and after FVC,FEV1/pred％ and FEV/FVC％ in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group,there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).No significant differences were observed before and after changes in FEV1 group and the controlled group in the treatment,there were no statistical differences,the observation group (P ＞ 0.05);nutritional index (total protein,albumin and prealbumin) and immunological indexes (IgM,IgG) before and after treatment was significantly higher than that of the controlled group,there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation has better clinical efficacy,recovery in lung function,serum nutritional and immunological indexes are improved,it is worthy of clinical use.关键词
