摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Sanjin Paishi Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of damp-heat type of liver and gallbladder gallstone disease.Methods:120 cases of patients with damp-heat type of liver and gallbladder gallstone disease were selected and divided into controlled group and observation group.The controlled group was treated by Sanjin Paishi Decoction,and the observation group were treated by Sanjin Paishi Decoction and acupoint catgut embedding,the treatment lasted for two courses.And we observed the clinical effect of the two groups according to the mainly symptom scores and B ultrasonic examination.Results:After two courses treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group and the controlled group were 93.33％ and 80％,with a significantly difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).And the mainly symptom scores and gallbladder wall thicker in the two groups obviously decreased than before (P＜0.01),and the observation group was more significantly decreased than the controlled group (P＜0.01).In the sound transmission of the bile,the twe groups had clear improvement,but the observation group was better (P＜0.05).White blood cell count,neutrophil ratio and total bilirubin of the treatment group were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Sanjin Paishi Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding has more effective in the treatment of damp-heat type of liver and gallbladder gallstone disease,and this method is worthy of application in clinical practice.关键词
