Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Duanmeng Yimu Decoction on patients with rheumatoid arthritis compared with routine medication.Methods:A total of 226 rheumatoid arthritis patients were selected from June 2014 to June 2016.226 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to a group of 113 people,the test group took Duanteng Yimu Decoction;the controlled group took Leflunomide Tablets.After 3 months of continuous medication,the number of joints,the number of tender joints,the time of morning stiffness,the VAS score of the pain and the overall condition of the patient and the VAS score of the patient's condition,the clinical symptom index of the health status questionnaire (HAQ) (ESR),C-reactive protein (CRP),and rheumatoid factor (RF).Results:The two groups of patients through the treatment could achieve good results,the experimental group in the joint swelling of the number of joints,the number of tender joints,morning stiffness,pain and the patient's overall VAS score and the doctor's VAS score on the patient's condition,health status.There was significant difference between the clinical indexes of the questionnaire (HAQ) and the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).The ESR,C-reactive protein and rheumatoid factor (RF) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:It can improve the function of arthritis and reduce the index of rheumatism in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.The effect of leflunomide on improving joint and reducing the index is more obvious.关键词
