吴生元经验方加味潜阳封髓丹治疗放化疗后口腔溃疡的临床疗效观察
Clinical Effect of Using Modified Qianyang Fengsui Dan Which is Empirical Formula of WU Shengyuan in Treating Oral Ulcer after Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of using Modified Qianyang Fengsui Dan for treating oral ulcer in malignant tumor patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods:100 cases diagnosed as oral ulcer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital from August 2012 to June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group.On the basis of conventional oral care,the controlled group was treated with oral ulcermembrane,while the observation group was treated with modified Qianyang Fengsui Dan.They were all treated for 7 days.The effect of the two groups was observed.Results:After 1 week of treatment,the effective rate was 94.0％ in the observation group and 72.0％ in the controlled group.The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group.After 3 and 7 days of treatment,the ulcer area of the observation group was significantly reduced,(P ＜ 0.01).No significant adverse effects were found in either group.Conclusion:Modified Qianyang Fengsui Dan can significantly improve the symptoms of oral ulcer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the curative effect is definite.关键词
