Abstract
Objective:Studying the efficacy and safety of applying acupuncture combined with Huoxue Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of patients with psoriasis.Methods:50 patients with psoriasis were selected as the research object from January 2015 to July 2016.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into controlled group and observation group.The controlled group was treated with Huoxue Jiedu Decoction,the observation group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the controlled group.Compared the treatment effect and the improvement of symptoms of the two groups of patients.Results:The improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of patients in the observation group were significantly better than the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05),including the color of the rash,the infiltration of the rash,the degree of itching,the skin a mistake,etc.PASI score showed that the skin lesion recovery of the observation group was better than the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the observation group (92％) and the controlled group (88％) was not significantly different.Conclusion:Applying acupuncture combined with Huoxue Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of plaque psoriasis can effectively improve the skin lesions and pruritus in patients with symptoms,relieve anxiety and improve the quality of life,with no serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical reference treatment.关键词
