红景天苷对实验性急性心肌梗死大鼠心脏的影响研究
Effect of Salidroside on Experimental Acute Myocardial Infarction in Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Salidroside on experimental acute myocardial infarction in rats.Methods:The rats were randomly divided into blank controlled group,Salidroside low dose group (50mg/kg),middle dose group (100mg/ kg) and high dose group (200mg/kg),Compound Danshen Dripping Pill group (70mg/kg),another 10 healthy rats as sham operation group.Rats were given different doses of drugs before the model for 2 weeks.The rat model of acute myocardial infarction was induced by ligation of the left anterior descending corona,observing the effect of cardiac troponin T.Rats were killed 2 weeks later,observation of myocardial infarction and myocardial cell.Results:Salidroside treatment significantly reduced the level of each stage of cTn-T rats (P ＜ 0.05),Salidroside in high dose group decreased most obviously (P ＜ 0.05).The reduction of myocardial infarction area and the improvement of myocardial fiber arrangement in salidroside treatment.Conclusion:Salidroside can protect myocardial injury in rats with acute myocardial infarction.关键词
