云艾散对大鼠胃溃疡愈合的影响
Effect of Yun'ai Powder for Curing Gastric Ulcer of Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Yun'ai Powder on the healing of gastric ulcer in rats.Methods:20 healthy SD rats,randomly accessed 5 was set as the normal controlled group,and the other 15 rats were randomly divided model controlled group,Yun'ai Powder group and Rabeprazole group by copying the model of gastric ulcer rats,normal controlled group were given standard feeding,other groups were given distilled water 2ml/d,concentrated liquid of Yun'ai Powder 0.657g/ml 2ml/d,suspension liquid of Rabeprazole 0.18mg/ml 2ml/d by gavage for 14d to observe the changes of gastric mucosal morphology,histopathology and epidermal growth factor (EGF),prostaglandin E2 (PGE2),gastrin (GAS) expression in serum.Results:Yun'ai Powder as well as Rabeprazole were able to control the gastric mucosa damage in model rats,decreased the ulcer index (P ＜ 0.0.1),improved the ulcer inhibition rate;could improve EGF content (P ＜ 0.01) and inhibited the expression of GAS (P ＜ 0.01),increased PGE2 to a certain extent (P ＞ 0.05) in serum,which had significant differences,Compared with the model controlled group (P ＜ 0.0.1 and 0.05).Conclusion:Yun'ai Powder can promote the healing of acetic acid induced gastric ulcer in rats and improve the quality of healing,which is comparable to that of Rabeprazole.关键词
