Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Self-made Antitussive Decoction combined with Reduning in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.Methods:From May 2013 to June 2015,130 acute tracheitis-bronchitis infants with fever were divided into controlled group and observation group according by random number table with 65 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with Reduning Injection,the dosage was 0.5 ～0.8ml/ (kg.d) for the chidren at 3 to 8 years old,1 time/d,the observation group was additionally treated with Self-made Antitussive Ddecoction on the base of the controlled group,decoction 2 times a total of about 100 ml juice,1 or 2 time for the 3 ～ 8 years old children,3 times for one day,the course of treatment was 10 days.The total effective rate,blood gas analysis,scores of clinical symptoms and signs and inflammatory parameters were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group (x2 =4.993,P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the improvement of scores of clinical symptoms and signs and inflammatory parameters in the observation group was significantly better than that in the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Antitussive Decoction combined with Reduning is effective in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.It can relieve the clinical symptoms and signs in patients,with high safety.关键词
