Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the curative effect and the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions of using Additives Qianjin Weijing Decoction in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:180 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were chosen,according to the random,single blind,positive controlled,the principle of parallel group design,were randomly divided into Additives Qianjin Weijing Decoction group,Additives Qianjin Weijing Decoction joint Azithrom3cin group and Azithromycin controlled group,60 cases in each group.Three groups were given ambroxol hydrochloride intravenous drip and chymotrypsin spray foundation treatment,Additives Qianjin Weijing Decoction group was given Additives Qianjin Weijing Decoction;Additives Qianjin Weijing Decoction joint Azithromycin group was given Additives Qianjin Weijing Decoction combined with Azithromycin;Azithromycin group was given Azithromycin intravenous drip.Three groups of patients accepted treatment for 14 days,observed the degree of respiratory symptoms of cough,cough,Mp-to improve the situation of IgM,observation of the digestive tract symptoms vomiting,loss of appetite,abdominal pain,mental change situation,and the evaluation.Results:(1) In the aspect of curative effect,Additives Qianjin Weijing Decoction in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia had affirmative clinical curative effect,the curative effect of combination of azithromycin was more obvious.Additives Qianjin Weijing Decoction group Z =9.686,P ＜ 0.001,＜0.05;Additives Qianjin Weijing Decoction combined Azithromycin group Z=9.343,P＜0.001,＜0.05;Azithromycin group Z=9.726,P＜0.001,＜0.05.The cough and cough reduce more outstanding.(2) In terms of incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms,the incidence and severity of the Azithromycin group were giving a bit,Additives Qianjin Weijing Decoction was the lowest.Azithromycin group was 2.57,the Additives Qianjin Weijing Decoction group was minimum with 1.34,the united group centered as 2.37;three groups on the first day of the differences statistically significant incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms,including Azithromycin group of up to 66.67％,Additives Qianjin Weijing Decoction group of minimum with 41.38％.Conclusion:Using Additives Qianjin Weijing Decotion treatment for children with mycoplasma pneumonia of phlegm and blood stasis has definite effective on improvement of clinical symptoms,and low incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms,especially in the early treatment,the clinical safety is high,suitable for clinical use.关键词
