摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang Decoction combined with thermal moxibustion for treating ulcerative colitis.Methods:100 hospitalized patients with ulcerative colitis were selected according to the inclusion criteria,and 50 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group.The controlled group was given oral treatment on Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets 1 g 3/d,the treatment group was given Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang Decoction combined with thermal moxibustion on the basis of Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets.Observation of 2 groups of patients before and after the treatment of cytokine levels,symptoms,and clinical efficacy of the integration of the colon mucosa.Results:The treatment group in the cytokine (Hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-alpha) level,symptoms (abdominal pain,diarrhea,pus and blood stool),colorectal mucosa had significant difference between the treatment group (P ＜ 0.05);the total effective rate was 92％,the total effective rate of the controlled group was 82％,there was statistical a significant difference between the 2 groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang Decoction combined with thermal moxibustion can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of ulcerative colitis and colorectal mucosa in patients with lesions,improve the level of cytokines,it is worthy of further promotion and application.关键词
