Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Shengmai Powder combined with Modified Danshen Decoction on platelet viscosity,vascular endothelial function and coronary blood flow in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complicated with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:From October 2014 to April 2016,98 patients with T2DM complicated with CHD equally divided into treatment group and controlled group.The controlled group was given routine treatment,while the treatment group was treated with Shengmai Powder combined with Modified Danshen Decoction and routine treatment.All patients were treated for 8 weeks.The curative effect,platelet viscosity,endothelial function and coronary blood flow were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.84％ while in the controlled group was 75.51％ (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the levels of plasma F Ⅶ:C,GMP-140,SFMC,F1 +2,ET decreased significantly,serum NO,LVEF,E/A and LAD increased significantly,and the changes in the treatment group were greater than those in the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Shengmai Powder combined with Modified Danshen Decoction can significantly improve the curative effect in patients with T2DM and CHD,reduce platelet viscosity,improve endothelial function and coronary blood flow.关键词
