Abstract
Objective:Based on the study of the changes of clinical symptoms,urinary protein and serum creatinine to estimate the therapeutic effect of Yishen Jianpi Decoction on CRF.Methods:The main research subjects were selected from the patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital from October 2012 to June 2016.After the evaluation,300 patients were selected for the study.Before the experiment,all the subjects were randomly divided into two groups,the test group (n=150) and the controlled group (n =150).Patients in the controlled group received basic treatment,while the patients in the experimental group were given the Yishen Jianpi Decoction.By comparing the two groups of patients with the symptoms ofchange and protein urine,serum creatinine level changes to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Yishen Jianpi Decoction on chronic renal failure.Resuits:① Overall efficacy:after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67％,the total effective rate of the controlled group was 56.67％,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).② Symptom score:after treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups of patients with chronic renal failure were compared,the difference between the experimental group and the controlled group was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).③ Laboratory index:compared with before treatment,two groups of patients with proteinuria,serum creatinine levels were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);compared two groups of patients with proteinuria and serum creatinine level after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Jianpi Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure,reduce proteinuria and serum creatinine levels,for the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure has a definite effect.关键词
