Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of bearing Hezhu Gualou Tea from phlegm and blood stasis theory in the treatment of metabolic syndrome,and to explore the mechanism of treatment.Methods:To treat the metabolic syndrome and belong to phlegm and blood stasis patients (80 cases),divided into treatment group (40 cases) and controlled group (40 cases).The controlled group was taken health education to control diet and lifestyle habits,the treatment group was given Hezhu Gualou Tea on the basis of the controlled group,the treatment time was 8 weeks,and follow-up (1 months).Results:The treatment group before and after treatment in BMI compared with the controlled group had statistical significance.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the controlled group in terms of waist circumference,SBP and DBP.The two groups before treatment and after treatment,2hPG,FPG,the difference was statistically significant.On 2hPG,the treatment group was better than the controlled group.On INS,the treatment group and the controlled group had no significant difference in the contrast before and after treatment.On 2hINS,the treatment group was statistically significant difference before and after treatment,while the controlled group was not statistically significant difference between the two groups.In TG,TC,LDL,the treatment group and the controlled group before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant.On HDL,there was no statistical significance between the two groups before and after treatment.The treatment group and the controlled group FFA,TNF before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant.And the contrast of the treatment group was more obvious.The treatment group and the controlled group in the total efficiency,the effect of the treatment group was better than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Using Hezhu Gualou Tea in the treatment of patients with metabolic syndrome from phlegm and blood stasis,has good clinical effect,it's simple for operation,and easy to popularize.关键词
