Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Modified Xiaoyao Powder combined with Erzhi Pill in treating climacteric syndrome after endocrine therapy of breast cancer.Methods:72 patients with symptoms of climacteric syndrome after endocrine treatment of breast cancer were selected.According to the single or double order,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group,the controlled group was treated with vitamins,while the observation group was treated with Modified Xiaoyao Powder combined with Erzhi Pill,the two groups were treated for 8 weeks,the curative effect and adverse reaction were observed after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 91.67％ in the observation group,while the total effective rate in the controlled group was 58.33％.The symptoms of climacteric syndrome and KPS score of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05 or ＜0.01).No significant adverse reactionswas found in the two groups.Conclusion:Modified Xiaoyao Powder combined with Erzhi Pill can improve the symptoms of menopausal syndrome after endocrine therapy of breast cancer,and the curative effect is safe and reliable.关键词
