真式汤加味治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎疗效观察
Clinical Curative Effect of Modified Zhenwu Decoction Used in Treating Spleen-deficiency Type Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Modified Zhenwu Decoction for treating spleen deficiency type of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:Selected 60 cases of patients with spleen-kidney Yang-deficiency type of chronic nephritisin in our hospital as research objects.And divided them into controlled group and treatment group according to the random numerical method,30 cases of patients in each group.The controlled group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was added Zhenwu Decoction based on the controlled group.Compared the number of red blood cells,24h urinary protein excretion (24hupq) and renal function indexes (Bun,Scr) between the two groups of patients before and after the treatment.Analyzed the improvement of efficiency and clinical symptoms of the two groups.Results:24hupq,Bun,Scr,urine red blood cell number and other indicators of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the controlled group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);The improvement of main clinical symptoms of the patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the controlled group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);The effective rate of the treatment group (86.7％) was higher than that of the controlled group (56.7％),the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zhenwu Decoction has significant curative effectin treatment of patients with spleen-kidney Yang-deficiency type of chronic glomerulonephritis.关键词
