Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder on chloasma with stagnation of liver -Qi type.Methods:62 cases of patients from dermatology department in our hospital were selected as the object,which were equally divided into 2 groups,randomly.Patients in the controlled group were gived Vitamin C 600 mg per day and Vitamin E 300 mg per day.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder,1 dosage per day.Mter 3 courses of treatment,paoriasis area,clinical symptom score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:Before and after the treatment,the difference of paoriasis area,clinical symptom score within two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the difference of paoriasis area,clinical symptom score between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 96.77％,significantly higher than that of the controlled group 87.10％,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the level of SOD in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment and the controlled group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stagnation of liver-Qi type,and the clinical effective rate is better than pure western medicine,vitamin C and vitamin E therapy.关键词
