吴氏蒸脐法治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经随机对照研究
A Randomized Controlled Study of WU's Steamed Navel Treatment for Cold Stasis Type Primary Dysmenorrhea

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wu's steamed navel therapy for cold stasis type primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:180 cases of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group,controlled group 1 (n =2) and controlled group 2,each group had 60 cases.The treatment group was given Wu's steamed navel therapy;the controlled group 1 treated by Shaofu Zhuyu Granules with orally medicating;the controlled group 2 was treated with conventional acupuncture treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment,the changes of dysmenorrhea symptom,pain degree and TCM symptom score of the patients in the 3 groups were observed.Results:The clinical curative effect the total effective rate of the treatment group and the controlled group 1,the controlled group 2 were 91.67％,76.67％,78.33％ respectively,the treatment group and the controlled group 1 and the controlled group 2 respectively were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);the treatment group in the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,pain,symptom scores compared with the controlled group 1 and the controlled 2 was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Wu's steamed navel therapy can effectively alleviate the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,TCM syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea patients,can significandy improve the clinical efficacy compares with the controlled group,it is worthy of further promotion and application.关键词
