温针灸对胚胎移植患者子宫内膜容受性影响的疗效观察
Curative Observation of Warming Acupuncture Treatment for the Impact on Receptivity of Endometrium of Embryo Transfer Patients

Abstract
Objective:To observe the temperature acupuncture treatment and the receptivity of endometrium in patients with embryo transfer and the influence of the clinical curative effect of embryo transfer success rate.Methods:60 patients with embryo transfer were randomly divided into acupuncture group and controlled group,30 cases in each group.Warming acupuncture group,every month 10 days prior to the period starting treatment,the treatment to the day before the next time menstruation,menstrual period do not treatment,this was a course of treatment,a total of three courses of treatment.Choosing acupuncture point often,day pivot,brought a pulse,sea,air,extremely,the uterus,blood,foot three mile,three vaginal intercourse,lr 3,and chooseing double uterus,Guanyuan,double foot three mile point to give warming acupuncture treatment,filling method,30 min,retaining needle treatment of three menstrual cycles after embryo transfer.The controlled group selected the corresponding acupuncture points in just 10 days before menstruation to give pressure treatment,patients with only mild skin stimulation,no sense of " Qi",retaining needle to 30 min,and give the electromagnetic wave roast lamp produces hot feeling,don't use moxibustion treatment,no treatment,began to observe after embryo transfer three menstrual cycles.To observe and compare the two groups before and after treatment in patients with theclinical pregnancy rate,the level of endometrial changes in classification,uterine artery pulsation index (PI),uterine artery blood flow resistance index (RI).Results:(1) The clinical pregnancy rate:30 cases in the warming acupuncture group,14 cases of pregnancy,the clinical pregnancy rate was 46.67％ (14/30),30 cases in the controlled group,7 cases of pregnancy,the clinical pregnancy rate was 23.33％ (7/30,P ＜ 0.05).(2) Warming acupuncture group in improving the endometrial parting ways had good curative effect,warming acupuncture group in the treatment of endometrial parting type A percentage increase,compared with the controlled group (15 vs10),the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).(3) Warming acupuncture group after treatment of three menstrual cycles,and on the seventh day after ovulation endometrial blood flow parameters of thePI (0.751+/-0.012 VS0.870+/-0.020)and RI (0.530+/-0.021 VS0.552+/-0.010) were lower than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),the controlled group after treatment of endometrial blood flow parameters change was not obvious (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture can improve the clinical pregnancy success rate of embryo transfer.And in improving the level of patients with endometrial,uterine artery pulsation index (PI),uterine artery blood flow resistance index (RI) has significant advantages,possible mechanism for the receptivity of endometrium in patients with good effect.关键词
