中医药辨证治疗早期糖尿病肾病概况
A Profile About Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Based on Syndrome Differentiation of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract
The overall concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation are unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy (DN).In this paper,the progress about TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation of early DN has been summarized from etiology,pathogenesis,therapeutic method to treatment principle and so on in recent years,and emphasizes the meaning that the method of strengthening spleen and invigorating kidney treatments trace albuminuria of early DN.TCM can effectively slow down even reverse the development of early DN,significantly improve the patients quality of life and prolong life-span and the side effects are relatively small but there are a few problems that the dialectical classification is not unified,the sample size is small,observation time is short and lacks of the observation index reflects the characteristics of TCM and so on.TCM symptoms integral scale and instrument application may provide observation indexes of TCM,thus clearly verify its curative effect.关键词
