摘要

Abstract

With the development of tissue engineering technology, repairing jaw defects using tissue-engineered bone has become a hot topic.However, vascularization still remains an unsolved problem of this field, especially for repairing large volume jaw defects in clinical application.As the three essential elements of tissue engineering, Scaffold, cells and growth factors, play key roles in the vascularization of tissue-engineered constructs.Consequently, various in vitro and in vivo vascularization-promoting methods, such as optimization of scaffold composition and structure, loading of angiogenic cells and angiogenic factors, as well as the use of various surgical methods were recently extensively investigated.Therefore, the present paper aims to make a summary.
