张志远标本兼顾治疗哮喘临床经验
Clinical Experience of ZHANG Zhiyuan in Treating Root and Branch of Asthma Simultaneously
摘要
Abstract
ZHANG Zhiyuan has unique insights in the treatment of asthma ,he believes that the visceral dysfunction involving the lung can cause cough with asthma but the treatment is not limited to the lung. The root causes of asthma are the spleen and kidney deficiency or excessive liver-fire,the branch is the impairment of dispersing and descending function of the lung ,so the branch and root of asthma should be treated simultaneously. Besides diffusing the lung and relieving asthma,tonifying the kidney,invigorating the spleen and removing heat from the liver are also used. Chenxia Liujun decoction,Shenqi pill,Xiaoqinglong decoction and Qinggan Pingchuan prescription were commonly applied in clinical treatment through adding and subtracting to treat asthma.关键词
