胡荫奇补肾活血法对强直性脊柱炎血栓弹力图的影响
Effects of HU Yinqi's Tonifying Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation Method on Thromboela-stogram of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of HU Yinqi's tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation method in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS) at active stage and to investigate the correla-tion between thromboela-stogram(TEG) and pathogenetic activity of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods:Totally 150 patients with AS at active stage were randomly divided into the treatment group ( 75 patients ) and control group(75 patients). Both groups were treated with sulfasalazine and loxoprofen sodium tablets,and the treatment group was given Bushen Huoxue decoction additionally. Twelve-week treatment was one course. The clinical changes such as morning stiffness,joint pain and function,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), C-reactive protein(CRP),TEG and adverse reactions were observed. Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 89.3%,superior to that in the control group(84%),with a significant difference(P<0.05). Compared with that before treatment,only the occiput-wall distance of both groups remained unchanged,other clinical and laboratory indices of both groups were improved(P<0.05). There was a significant positive cor-relation among R and MA of TEG,ESR and CRP(P<0.01). Conclusion:The tonifying the kidney and promot-ing blood circulation method combined with western medicine in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS) at active stage was more effective than western medicine treatment and TEG has a correlation with disease ac-tivity of ankylosing spondylitis.关键词
