化浊行血汤治疗高脂血症30例临床研究
Clinical Study on Huazhuo Xingxue Decoction in Treatment of 30 Patients with Hyperlipidemia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Huazhuo Xingxue decoction on the blood lipid levels in pa-tients with hyperlipidemia. Methods:Total 60 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into the herb group (Huazhuo Xingxue decoction) and Chinese patent medicine group (Hedan tablet) suspending the use of other drugs with lipid-lowering effects during treatment for 8 weeks. After treatment ,the blood lipid (including TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),high sensitive C- reactive protein(hs-CRP),liver function,renal function, creatine kinase(CK) levels were detected to evaluate the curative effects. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of Chinese patent medicine group,and the levels of TC,TG, LDL-C and hs-CRP were significantly decreased after treatment. Conclusion:Huazhuo Xingxue decoction can significantly reduce the blood lipid level and improve the life quality of patients.关键词
