超声引导下水针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of water needle knife guided by ultrasound in treat-ing prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods:A total of 40 patients with prolapse of lumbar interverte-bral disc in our hospital from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2016 were selected,which were randomly divided into the ultrasound-guided group and experience group,with 20 patients in each group. Patients in experience group were treated with water needle knife therapy under experience,while those in ultrasound-guided group were treated with water needle knife under ultrasound guidance. The visual analogue scale(VAS),oswestry disabili-ty index(ODI) evaluations and adverse reactions were measured in all the patients before treatment and 1 week,1,3,6 months after treatment. The VAS and ODI scores before and after treatment and curative ef-fects were statistically analyzed. Results:Compared with before treatment,the observed indicators were im-proved obviously in the two groups after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the total effective rate was significantly higher in ultrasound-guided group than that in the experience group(P<0.05). The score after treatment in ultrasound-guided group was significantly lower than that in the experience group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided water needle knife therapy can improve the accuracy of injection and reduce adverse reactions,which is more effective in treating prolapse of lum-bar intervertebral disc.关键词
