中风后遗症气陷证辨证论治探析
Treatment Based on Syndrome Differentiation for Apoplexy Sequelae of Qi Collapse Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine holds that the treatment for qi collapse should aims at qi deficiency failing to lift and sinking of the clear yang qi. However ,in the clinical patients with apoplexy sequelae ,qi collapse will lead to downward flow of dampness,heat and blood stasis,so patients should be treated based on the above disease mechanism to achieve satisfactory effect. For qi collapse ,the treatment should not only work on the deficiency of qi and blood in the upper part ,but also relieve the damp turbidity in the qi and blood due to prolonged disease course or accumulation of damp ,heat and blood stasis in the internal envi-ronment.关键词
