基于真实世界的痉瘫康胶囊治疗小儿痉挛性脑瘫研究
Study on Treatment of Spastic Cerebral Palsy in Children by Jingtankang Capsule Based on the Real World
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jingtankang capsule on the treatment of spastic cere-bral palsy in children. Methods:Applying the method of the real world study,the patients with spastic cere-bral palsy in children treated with Jingtankang capsule were recruited without exclusion criteria ,and by using natural grouping,patients were divided into different groups according to the gender or whether mouse nerve growth factor were applied. According to the doctor's clinical experience and instructions of Jingtankang capsules,patients were given the medicine and the medication was recorded. Every 4 weeks the curative ef fect was evaluated,and gross motor function (GMF),comprehensive function,muscle strength,muscle tension were recoded after the one treatment course which was of 12 weeks. Results:After the treatment,the changes of GMF,comprehensive function,muscle strength and muscle tension were of statistical significance in each group(P<0.05),before and after the treatment patients of different gender showed no statistical difference on the indexes(P>0.05),and there was no statistical significance between the patients given or not given mouse nerve growth factor on curative effect significance(P>0.05). Conclusion:Jingtankang capsule is effective for relieving the clinical symptoms of spastic cerebral palsy in children.关键词
