补肾活髓颗粒对慢性再生障碍性贫血患者mTOR信号通路的影响
Effect of Bushen Huosui Granules on mTOR Signaling Pathway in Patients with Chronic Aplastic Anemia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Huosui granules on patients with chronic aplastic ane-mia(CAA),and to explore its effect on regulating the mTOR signaling pathway. Methods:There were 70 pa-tients with CAA randomly divided into two groups. Besides routine western medicine therapy ,the treatment group was also given Bushen Huosui granules. In the control group patients were given western medicine. There were 30 healthy people as the normal group. Before and after the treatment,clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed,and RT-PCR was applied to detect the expression of mTOR mRNA in the bone marrow mononuclear cells. Results:In the treatment group the total effective rate was 83.3%,and in the control group the total effective rate was 64.51%,with statistical significance(P<0.05). And in the 2 groups after the treatment,HGB,WBC and PLT increased obviously(P<0.01). The expression level of mTOR mRNA in the patients with CAA was lower than the healthy people(P<0.01). After the treatment,in the treatment group and the control group,the expression level of mTOR mRNA increased,and in the treatment group it was higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions:Bushen Huosui granules can significantly improve clinical symptoms in patients with CAA ,improve clinical curative effect , and it is safe without adverse reaction. Bushen Huosui granules can significant improve the levels of HGB , WBC and PLT. Bushen Huosui granules increases the proliferation of bone marrow hematopoietic cells by activating mTOR signaling pathway to increase the number of bone marrow hematopoietic cells ,and to pro-mote the recovery of bone marrow hematopoietic function.关键词
