纳达合剂治疗胃阴不足型慢性浅表性胃炎临床疗效观察
Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Nada Mixture on Chronic Superficial Gastritis with Stomach Yin Deficiency type

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the curative effect and safety of Nada mixture for chronic superficial gas tritis(CSG) with stomach yin deficiency type. Methods:There were 110 patients with CSG of stomach yin deficiency randomly divided into the Chinese herb group and western medicine group. The two groups were given Nada mixture and hydrotalcite tablets respectively,for 8 weeks. Finally,there were 106 patients finised the treatment,with 53 in each group. Before and after treatment,changes of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score and gastric mucosa score,3 routine examinations,liver function and kidney function were analyzed. Results:The overall response rate on TCM syndrome in the Chinese herb group was signifi-cantly better than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05),especially on relieving the stomach bloating, dry stool,stomach noisy and dry mouth(P<0.05). The effect on gastric mucosa in the Chinese herb group was better than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05),also the effect on relieving gastric mucosal erythema,erosion,bile reflux and active inflammation(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance between the two groups on the safety. Conclusion:Nada mixture can improve the TCM syndrome in the patients with CSG of stomach yin deficiency,and has better effect on relieving stomach bloating,dry stool,stomach noisy and dry mouth than hydrotalcite. Also Nada mixture can relieve the gastric mucosal lesion like gastric mu-cosal erythema,erosion,bile reflux and active in-flammation better than the hydrotalcite. Nada mix-ture is safe in the clinical practice without toxic reaction.关键词
