滋肾平眩汤治疗肾阴不足型后循环缺血性眩晕疗效观察
Observation of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo of Kidney Yin Deficiency Treated with Zishen Pingxuan Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Zishen Pingxuan decoction on treating posterior circu-lation ischemia vertigo of kidney yin deficiency. Methods:One hundred patients were randomly divided into two groups with simple randomized controlled method ,with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with the Zishen Pingxuan decoction and the control group were given sibelium. One treatment course lasted for 1 month. Before and after treatment ,changes of vertigo severity and traditional Chinese medicine scores were compared,and transcranial Doppler ultrasound was applied to observe the whole blood mucosity and carotid artery blood flow velocity. Results:After the treatment,the standard scoring symptom scores,whole blood mucosity,carotid artery blood flow velocity in two groups were decreased,and the de-crease in the observation group were more obvious than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:For posterior circulation ischemia vertigo of kidney yin deficiency ,Zishen Pingxuan decoction could improve symptoms,carotid artery blood flow velocity and whole blood mucosity,with better efficacy than sibelium.关键词
