养血止痛丸联合针刺夹脊穴对单开门椎管成形术后轴性症状的影响
Effect of Yangxue Zhitong Pill combined with Needling at Jiaji point on Axial Symptoms after Single Door Laminoplasty

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yangxue Zhitong pill combined with needling at Jiaji points on the treatment of axial symptoms(AS) after single door laminoplasty. Methods:There were 73 patients with postoperative axial symptoms divided into group A (oral administration of Yangxue Zhitong pill and needling at Jiaji point) and group B(oral administration of neurotropin),3 months as one treatment course. The visual analogue scale(VAS) was applied to evaluate the relief of pain 1 day,1 month,3 months and 6 months af-ter treatment. Results:One month after treatment,the VAS score in group B was better than that in group A ( P<0 . 05 ) . Three months after treatment , no statistical difference was found between the two groups on VAS score(P>0.05). Six months after treatment,the total effective rate was 82.4% in group A,and in group B was 60%,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Oral administration of Yangxue Zhitong pill com-bined with needling at Jiaji point is safe and effective for AS ,and its long term effect is better than neu-rotropin.关键词
