Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of pcDNA-FLAG-EXOSC2 transfection on the proliferation and apoptosis of cervical cancer HeLa cells.Methods The pcDNA-FLAG-EXOSC2 recombinant plasmid was constructed.HeLa cells were transfected with pcDNA-FLAG-EXOSC2 plasmid (FLAG-EXOSC2 over-expression group) or pcDNA3.1 (+) plasmid (vector control group).Then, CCK-8 assay was performed to observe the cell proliferation of each group (the results were shown as OD450), while flow cytometry was utilized to measure the apoptotic rate.Results The OD450 values of the FLAG-EXOSC2 over-expression group and vector control group were 0.6652±0.05094 and 0.4436±0.03519 (both P<0.05).The apoptotic rates of the FLAG-EXOSC2 over-expression group and vector control group were 5.99%±0.37% and 7.57%±0.64%, respectively (both P<0.05).Conclusion Transfection of pcDNA-FLAG-EXOSC2 plasmid may significantly accelerate the proliferation and inhibit the apoptosis of HeLa cells.关键词
