固冲汤加减方联合西药治疗无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血疗效观察
The clinical curative effect of Guchong decoction combination with western medicine treating on ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Guchong decoction combination with western medicine treating on ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:86 cases ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into the observation group and the control group, 43 cases in each group, then the control bleeding time and stop time, recurrence rate, clinical curative rate and adverse reaction between the two groups were compared.Results :The control bleeding time and stopping bleeding time(in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (the recurrence rate in the observation group was 7.0% lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total efficiency in observation group was 97.7%,higher than that of control group (P<0.05);the differences of the rate of dizziness, headache, abdominal discomfort, nausea and lethargy between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion :The effect of Guchong Decoction combination with western medicine treating on ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding is significant, can use in the clinical application.关键词
