丹参川芎嗪注射液联合低分子肝素治疗后循环缺血疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection and low molecular weight hepar in in treating patients with posterior circulation ischemia (PCI).Methods:107 patients with PCI were collected and randomly divided into experimental group (55 cases) and control group (52 cases).Aspirin were given to the patients in control group on the basis of conventional treatment.Patients in the experimental group were treated by Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection and low molecular weight heparinin.After 14 days, the blood clotting index and the change of hemorheology index were checked, and the total effective rate of treatment was compared.Results:The total efficacy in the experimental group was significantly greater than that in the control group (P<0.05).And whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity, erythrocyte deposited and platelet aggregation rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).In addition, PT, APTT and Fib in the experimental group were significantly increased (P<0.05).Conclusions:The efficacy of treating PCI by Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection and low molecular weight heparinin is superior to traditional methods.关键词
