中药联合康复训练及针灸治疗中风后偏瘫肩痛临床观察
Clinical observation of Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training and acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training and acupuncture on the treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke.Methods:82 cases of hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke were selected,they were randomly assigned to a combination therapy group (oral Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training and acupuncture therapy) and a control group (treated with oral Chinese medicine),each group of 41 cases.The pain scale score (VAS score) and Fugl-Meyer upper extremity motor score were observed.Results:After 30 d treatment,in the combined treatment group, the strength of shoulder pain was relieved, the upper limb motor function was improved, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Two groups of patients in the course of treatment did not appear obvious adverse reactions.Conclusions:Oral Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training and acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of hemiplegic shoulder pain and upper limb activity in patients with stroke.关键词
